We operate a guidance and information platform to help individuals understand and navigate anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases in England and Wales. We provide information, tools, document templates, and practical guidance.

By accessing or using ASBGuide.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using ASBGuide.com you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are located in the United Kingdom (our guidance is specific to England and Wales)
• You are not prohibited from using the Service under any applicable law

Some features of the Service require you to create an account. When registering, you must:

• Guides to relevant legislation, enforcement agencies, and dispute resolution processes

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control without liability to you.

The information and tools provided on this site are for general guidance and informational purposes only. They are based on publicly available law and policy as at the date of publication, and may not reflect the most recent legal developments.

The guidance provided:

• Is not tailored to your specific circumstances

• Attempt to circumvent or manipulate our AI guidance tool to produce misleading outputs
• Reproduce, redistribute, or commercialise any content from this Service without our written permission
• Attempt to access any part of the Service by means other than those provided by us
• Upload viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service

Breach of acceptable use may result in immediate suspension of your account without refund.

Pricing

Certain features of the Service are available on a paid basis. Prices are displayed on our pricing page and are as shown at the time of purchase.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until that date.

Refunds

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right to cancel any purchase under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. However, by accessing the Service or downloading digital content, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may be waived. If you have any concerns about a charge, please contact us at capenere@gmail.com within 14 days and we will review your case.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until payment is resolved. Persistent failure to pay may result in account termination.

All content on ASBGuide.com — including text, guides, templates, tools, design, and software — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use in managing your own ASB case.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent, except that you may use and adapt document templates provided for your own personal use in your own ASB case.

Any content you input into the Service (your case information, notes, etc.) remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Subject to the above, to the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, including as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose, or availability
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss, including loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to reputation
• Our total liability to you in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

In particular, we are not liable for any outcome of an ASB case or related legal proceedings where you have used guidance from this Service.

You may close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms. In such cases, no refund will be due for any remaining paid period.

On termination, your right to access the Service ceases. We will handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at capenere@gmail.com. We will attempt to resolve disputes amicably before any legal proceedings are commenced.

As a UK consumer, you may also have the right to use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not accept the updated Terms, you should stop using the Service and close your account before they take effect.
