AgreementThe Anti-Social Behaviour Case Review (Community Trigger) is a statutory right under the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014. You can request a case review if you have made 3 or more complaints about the same issue within 6 months — although your local area may set a lower threshold. The threshold is about complaints made, not whether agencies responded. Send your request to your local council or police; they will confirm whether the threshold is met and arrange a multi-agency review involving all relevant agencies.
Noise
Loud music, machinery, parties, voices
Nuisance Dogs
Excessive barking, fouling, straying, aggression
Fly-tipping & Waste
Illegal dumping, excess waste, commercial waste
An ABC is a written agreement between a person who has been involved in anti-social behaviour and one or more local agencies whose role it is to prevent such behaviour. ABCs are most commonly used for young people but may also be used for adults.
